The sudden rise of the estrogen level in the body compared to the testosterone level in the body is known as the estrogen overload. It affects the hormonal balance in the body causing various medical conditions. The estrogen overload is faced by more than fifty percent of the female population. Some of the symptoms of the estrogen overload are very severe.

The fatigue is one of the common symptoms of the estrogen overload. A person with an estrogen overload would feel very tired. Sever pain in the joints are reported in many women with this condition. The other symptoms include mood swings in a person, irritation, anxious. You might feel depressed with estrogen overload. A person with the estrogen overload tends to gain weight over time. You might also lose your hair which is very rare in a female or a women generally experience thinning of the hair. The estrogen overload causes the uterine fibroids which are non cancerous but can cause bleeding and any other problems.

Breasts tenderness is also observed. It can lead to lower sex drive in a person, also causes insomnia. The person with high estrogen levels can have hypertension (high blood pressure); the memory of the person becomes weak.  Other symptoms include acne, facial hair. One can avoid the symptoms of the estrogen overload by following good diet less in fat and rich in fiber.
